Now accepting folks located in Utah! If you are in Utah and have Utah based insurance please send me a contact message so we can determine if your insurance will cover our sessions.
I currently take Aetna, Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, and Optum/United insurances. If you are looking to use your insurance I utilize Alma or Headway to do my billing and they will check your insurance for you to ensure I am in your network! Click the link below to get started.

Rates
Individual session fees for clients who wish to use cash payment are $150.00 per session (50 to 60 minutes). Reduced fee/sliding scale fee available on a limited basis. (Reduced fee currently unavailable).
A super-bill can be provided upon request to the client to submit to their insurance for a partial reimbursement predetermined by the client’s insurance.
Free face to face/in office/phone 15-minute consultations upon request.
Payments accepted include: cash, credit, online payment or check.
Cancellation Policy
24 notice is required to cancel a session, if cancellation 24 hours in advance is not provided, a full fee for the session will be charged.
